This policy covers Lazuritex websites, support interactions, and mobile applications that link to it. Individual apps may show additional privacy disclosures in the Apple App Store or inside the app. Those disclosures are part of the information you should review before using a particular feature.

The information we handle depends on the product and the features you choose to use.
- Account and purchase information. An email address or sign-in identifier may be used for account access, subscription status, credits, and customer support. Apple handles App Store payments and receipts.
- Content you provide. This can include photos, voice samples, audio, text, documents, or pet images when a feature requires them. For example, Headshot uses a photo to create a requested image, while SpeechGen and VoiceReel use text or documents to create audio.
- Usage and technical information. We may receive basic device, app-version, crash, and performance information needed to keep the services secure and working.
- Support messages. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and any attachments.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, process AI generations, maintain accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
When a feature requires third-party infrastructure or an AI processing provider, content may be sent to that provider only to perform the requested operation. Providers are expected to protect the information and use it according to their service terms and our instructions.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Retention periods vary by app and feature. You may request deletion of account information or content by contacting us; some records may need to be retained where legally required.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
6. Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional content, remove app permissions from your device, cancel subscriptions through your Apple account, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security. Depending on where you live and which providers support a feature, information may be processed in countries other than your own.

We may update this policy as our products change. The effective date above shows when the current version was published. Material changes will be reflected on this page or communicated in the relevant app.
